Return & Refund

We accept order cancellation BEFORE the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.
We CANNOT cancel the order if the product is already shipped out (the order status is subject to our system rather than your order page)
If you reject to receive the package, you have to pay for the REAL freight fee.
Riolio is committed to providing you with quality products. If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

1. Please contact WhatsApp: +14844749447 to provide the issue, indicating your order number, the reason and the item(s) you would like to return, and the pictures of defective items if there has any. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and ship them within 5 days. After the limit date, we might reject your request and won’t receive your package.
3. Please put a note in the package and attach your order number, name, and contact number. We will check it after receiving this package.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you chose payment online when you placed an order, we will refund the amount to your bank card.
1. For international orders, we don’t offer free return shipping.
2. For international orders, the delivery expense are not refunded for returns based on preference.
3. Any Riolio‘s product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund.
Return Conditions
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
2. The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
5. We do not refund under the following circumstances:
The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient’s address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
Please do fill in the right address, phone number, and postcode when place an order. When the logistics company delivers, please make sure your phone is contactable.
Return Address
If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact Customer Service WhatsApp: +14844749447 to provide your issues, your order number, the reason, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours.
Please check the package within 7 days for the quantity and quality after you receive the package. We accept the after-sale service with 7 days. If you receive defective items, please send us order number and problem item code as well as its pictures. Our CS team will consider the situation and issue the refund or replacement.
If you think some items are missing from your order, please check the package again and count twice how many pieces you receive in total. Send the number and pacakge photo to our CS team and we will check your order status. You can check your email wether you receive an email for a refund before you receive the order.
