We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you reject to receive the package, you have to pay for the REAL freight fee.

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. 4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you chose payment online when you placed an order, we will refund the amount to your bank card.

2. For international orders, the delivery expense are not refunded for returns based on preference.
3. Any babiesclotheswholesale’s product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund.
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
2. The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
5. We do not refund under the following circumstances:
The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient’s address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
